Our Zoom support channel hours are as listed below,
- Monday-Thursday (8:00 AM – 9:30 PM)
- Friday (8:00 AM- 5:30 PM)
- Saturday-Sunday (12:00 PM – 4:30 PM)
When you join the Zoom meeting you will be in a waiting room and we will get to you as quickly as possible.
Please have a valid ID to verify your identity in case we need to reset your password.
If you are unable to use Zoom, please send us an email to email@example.com or come by RBN 3022 and we will work with you to use other support methods.
